Nestled on a hill top, with a country feel, you will find this private condo community consisting of duplex and stand-alone style units. There are currently 100 units in place and plans to build 40-50 additional units in the near future. Briarwood Falls is a pet friendly community for most sizes and breeds of dogs and cats.
Amenities
A visit to the Community Center with its full kitchen, dining hall and workout room will give you an idea of the quality in which this community is built. Members enjoy a book nook exchange, crockpot parties, card nights or a game of shuffleboard. The quiet atmosphere is a safe place to walk with sidewalks and a gazebo to sit and relax, picnic or visit with neighbors.
